Join Movement Therapist and Master Instructor “Gee” Tual for this 2.5-hour interactive deep dive into the science of compensation, mobility, and neuromechanics. This session is designed to help you uncover the root causes behind your movement limitations and transform the way you approach your practice.

Whether you’re a new Flowist or a seasoned coach, this workshop will deepen your understanding of your own movement story. You’ll leave with practical tools and a sharper eye for identifying, understanding, and resolving the roadblocks that limit your flow.

Using foundational Animal Flow positions, we’ll identify where and why your body restricts movement. You’ll learn how to distinguish between structural limitations, neuromuscular inhibition, and habitual compensation patterns.

Through live demonstrations and guided exploration, you’ll apply strategies drawn from joint mobility training (FRC), self-release techniques, and neuromuscular activation drills to restore freedom and control in your movement.

This is not just a follow-along class—it’s a movement laboratory.

Each participant will receive:

  • access to a pre-webinar assessment form to personalize their experience and contribute to the workshop’s agenda;
  • access to the workshop video recording for 90 days after the session;
  • exclusive follow-up videos with targeted drills, provided only to attendees.

The small group format ensures individual feedback and real-time troubleshooting.

This event is open to anyone who has taken the Level 1 workshop. You do not have to have completed the certification process.

Refunds are available up to 30 days prior to workshop.

Cancellations with less than 30 days until the workshop are not eligible for refunds. You may transfer your registration to another person.
