This event will take place on zoom. You’ll received the link and password via email. You can also find the zoom login here during the event. You will need the password from your email.
International Animal Flow Day (IAFD) is our annual holiday bringing together individuals from around the world to celebrate the joy of movement and the friendship between AF practitioners.
While in-person jams take place in cities all over, Mike Fitch will lead this Global Jam online. It is open to all, welcoming seasoned Flowists and newcomers alike. The Flow will include both beginner and advanced sections, allowing everyone to enjoy the experience regardless of skill level. Mike will be sharing valuable movement tips and insights, helping participants deepen their understanding of the Animal Flow program.
Can’t attend in person? All registrations will receive access to the recorded Zoom session.
