Celebrate International Animal Flow Day weekend the way it was meant to be celebrated — with the AF community! Join our global Master Instructor Team for 12 hours of movement and learning on Saturday, August 29th. This will be our 4th Animal Flow Virtual Summit and we can’t wait to bring it again.
This full-day event is built for AF Workshop Students at every level who want to deepen their Animal Flow practice. Sessions will include lectures, interactive workshops, and pure movement. Explore AF for sports & rehab; coaching styles; using equipment with AF; and conditioning for competitions like Hyrox. Learn about current research on QMT; planning group class series; and the AF call outs . Get moving with choreographed flows, sample classes, and the Ultimate Add-On game. And a lot more.
We know you won’t want to miss a minute of the Summit. But in case you do, you also get 6 months of access to the session recordings.
CEUs are pending with NASM and ACE.
This event is open to anyone who has taken the Level 1 workshop. You do not have to have completed the certification process.
Refunds will not be available for purchased tickets. All registered individuals will have access to all of the recordings for 6 months after the event.
