You must have your camera on for the duration of the event. You’ll need to have enough space to perform the L1 movements.
The L2 Online Review provides a review of the core elements from the workshop: performing and coaching the L2 movements; advanced flow design; and Tuck Balance training. It’s a great opportunity for anyone who has taken the L2 workshop but hasn’t submitted their Test Out, and/or Flowists who would like a technique tune up. Whether you are looking for a Tuck Balance training review, a refresher on the movement details, or just need to complete a review to prepare your L2 Test Out, this will be a great session .
This session covers everything you’ll need to prepare your L2 test out, but you will still need to submit your videos after the workshop. Taking this workshop counts as repeating the L2 workshop if you missed your test deadline.

This course takes you through a review of the L2 workshop, focusing on 3 components:
Section 1: You will review the L2 movements, focusing on technique, cues, and common mistakes. Emphasis will be placed on how to teach the movements to someone else, covering key instructional points, layering and progressions, and coaching tips.
Section 2: You’ll get into L2 Flow Design, reviewing how to use timing, energy rolls, redirects, and personal creativity to design flows.
Section 3: You’ll dive into Tuck Balance training. You’ll get a review of the progressions to use when training for hand balancing; how to assess skill level and set goals for advancing; and how to develop a comprehensive tuck balance training program. You’ll have opportunity to practice and gain feedback on your current level.

Anyone who has taken the L2 workshop can attend this review workshop.
- Individuals who have taken L2 but have not yet submitted their test out will benefit from the opportunity to review key points needed prepare their test. Taking this mini-workshop counts as repeating the L2 workshop if you have missed the submission deadline. It can also help if you only need assistance with your Tuck Balance!
- Individuals who don’t have a test out pending can still attend for a general technique tune up! This is a great way to review all the movements, with opportunity to receive instant feedback.

This review session can help you prepare for your L2 Test Out, but you will still need to submit your videos through the regular process.
You can find the most current L2 guidelines and deadlines here.
If you are past the submission deadline, participating in this review (1) waives any late fees; (2) satisfies the requirement to repeat the workshop.
Students who have completed the L2 workshop can complete the test out process to become a Certified L2 Instructor or Official L2 Flowist. You must first complete the L1 certification process.
CERTIFIED ANIMAL FLOW INSTRUCTORS
