About Me

I am Shin Ng. My qualifications include: Animal Flow Regional Leader of Hong Kong, a lululemon ambassador, RYT-200 yoga teacher, certified TRX and Kickboxing instructor, as well as a football commentator at HK CableTV. My passion is to share my knowledge, and energy to the general public to bring wellness to the community.

I see Animal Flow as meditation in motion, It helps people to reconnect with their body and bring awareness to body movements and daily activities. I was an athlete who had suffered injuries like Achilles tendon rupture and shoulder dislocation which makes my body quite imbalanced, but Animal Flow helped my rehabilitation process and now the injuries are like they have never happened.

A smile on the faces on the students and a sense of relief after classes are the greatest rewards for my teachings. Seeing myself soaked with SWEAT and sunburned (just a bit) makes me come alive! I wants all my students to come sweat together, feel the energy, unleash their potentials and get fit while having FUN!
