About Me

I am former professional swimmer and chess player. I have been involved in sports since age of 7, went to Medical School wanting to be a surgeon, but I love fitness and healthy lifestyle a bit more. After being injured I started to explore different types of exercises believing there is something more that can bring us back to our primal, natural way of moving. Late 2012, I saw an Animal Flow video, and fell in love with those movements. I got my first certification 2017, in Milan, Italy.

I was born and live in Novi Sad, Serbia. Finish my studies and became Master of Science in Sport and Exercise, and a swimming coach. I have been involved in field testing of various team sports - soccer, basketball, volleyball, handball - as well as individual sport activities.

Participate in different researches as author and co-author of several articles in a field of obesity and physical activity in children and adults as well as in local projects related to health and physical activity in elderly.

Animal Flow is a way of living. Versatile movement for everybody - and every soul - effective, fun and creative. My oldest client who has experienced and enjoyed Animal Flow was 95 years young man. So proud on him.
