About Me
I am a Level 1 Certified Animal Flow Instructor and a Certified Fitness Instructor in Portugal.
I offer group classes and 1-on-1 coaching, in-person and online.
My sessions focus on mobility, strength, coordination and body control through Animal Flow.
I teach in Portuguese and English.
