Jeff Buxton DSc, (NASM PES, FMS 2, Animal Flow L1 Certified Instructor) is an Assistant Professor of Exercise Science at Grove City College.

Jeff earned a Doctor of Science degree in Human and Sport Performance from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2019. He earned a master’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, with an emphasis on Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention from the University of California PA in 2010 and a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Movement Science from Penn State University in 2003.

He specializes in human and sport performance and his primary research interests include functional movement, motor control and performance enhancement. One of Jeff’s primary passions is sharing the science, skill and art of performance and fitness training.
