Fanny Thore is a dedicated and inspiring movement educator. As the founder of Pauza, a studio in Tarbes, France, she is passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies through joyful, conscious movement. Her teaching blends technical precision with intuition, guiding others toward a body that feels free, alive, and deeply connected.

Originally trained in dance from a young age, she later earned a degree in Business Management and worked several years in international operations before returning to her true passion: movement. Since 2019, she has been teaching Pilates, yoga, Animal Flow, and dance-based practices, creating inclusive, non-competitive spaces where people can explore movement with curiosity and joy.

Certified in Animal Flow, Pilates, yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yoga for Women), Yoga Dance and Afrovibe, she combines a wide range of methods to support strength, mobility, and self-awareness. For her, Animal Flow in particular represents a return to instinct — a method that brings together creativity, structure, and freedom.

Beyond her studio work, she is actively involved in professional education. She leads her own Vinyasa Yoga Flow teacher training programs, teaches in physical preparation courses, and collaborates on a project with a neurologist exploring the benefits of movement for people with Parkinson’s, using Animal Flow, dance, and Pilates.

Fanny is proud to be an Animal Flow Master Instructor — a role that allows her to share the method she loves, support new instructors on their journey, and contribute to a growing, inspiring community. For her, teaching is about more than movement; it’s about connection, creativity, and helping others feel fully alive in their bodies.
