Throughout the workshop, you’ll dive into advanced topics that enhance your Quadrupedal Movement Training (QMT), including breath and mobility integration, anatomy and biomechanics, and refined coaching techniques. You’ll also learn dynamic new Level 3 movements, begin progressive float training, and continue developing your free flow and unique movement style.

About the Course

Level 3 is the highest and final level of achievement in the Animal Flow system.
Level 1 introduces the concepts of Quadrupedal Movement Training (QMT) and the foundational AF movements.
Level 2 brings in more creativity and advanced movements along with stronger emphasis on coaching techniques.
Level 3 is where it all culminates in an integrated understanding of QMT, personal practice and great coaching skills.
Over two full days with 16 hours of instruction, you’ll have opportunity to expand your personal flow skills and to work in groups. With instruction including lectures, demonstrations, and lots of interactive movement, you’ll receive a thorough education on multiple aspects of AF and QMT.
The agenda includes:
- Deep dive into the 4 Pillars of Animal Flow
- Progressive Tuck Balance training
- Progressive “Float” (Tuck Planche) training
- Tons of new L3 movements
- Anatomy and biomechanics of Animal Flow
- Working with ground reaction force
- Animal Flow language and Call Out reviews
- Breath mobility
- Creating style through the exploration of the skeletal system
- Free Flow
- Advanced Coaching

Workshop Prerequisites
Level 3 is open to anyone who has taken the Level 2 workshop and is comfortable with the L1 and L2 movements. While we recommend that you be progressing in your Tuck Balance practice and be comfortable being upside down, the L3 workshop doesn’t require you to have fully mastered your Tuck. You will be able to fully participate without it. Additional basic requirements include:
- Attendees must be at least 18 years old.
- As with L1/L2, you should be physically fit enough to support your own bodyweight in quadrupedal positions (all fours) and be medically cleared to participate in physical activities.

Certification Options
You can test out to become a Certified L3 AF Instructor or Flowist.
CERTIFIED L3 ANIMAL FLOW INSTRUCTORS
Fitness and yoga professionals who are already certified in L1 and L2 can complete the test to become certified in L3. The test out process includes multiple components which are fully explained in the workshop.
OFFICIAL L3 FLOWIST
Non-professionals can attain the title of Official L3 Flowist. You must complete L1 and L2 first. The test is the same as for Instructors.
Continuing Education Credits
The Level 2 course is approved to provide Continuing Education Credits from some of the top accreditation entities in the field of physical fitness:
