In this 4-hour mini-workshop, Pey and Tae will guide you through a special Flow that combines energy transfers (rolls, breaks, & redirects), tempo changes (speed control), and L1, L2, & L3 movements. We’ll review the moves, refine them, and repeat them, in order to think less and feel more. The ultimate goal is to make this Infinity Flow yours.

This event is open to individuals who have experience with Animal Flow including:
- AF Certified Instructors
- AF Official Flowists
- L1 Workshop attendees
- AF On Demand app subscribers
- AF students and experienced practitioners
Refunds are available up to 30 days prior to workshop.
Cancellations with less than 30 days until the workshop are not eligible for refunds. You may transfer your registration to another person.
