THE EVENT
The Animal Flow Mentorship is our favorite week. We bring together Flowists from all over the world to hang out in a beautiful location where we can learn, share, practice, and, of course, flow. You’ll reconnect with old friends, make new friends, and gain a life-long community.

THE VENUE
We’ll be at the stunning Komune Resort on Bali, featuring breath-taking health and fitness spaces designed for the ultimate retreat experience . Plus you’ll have front-row access to one of the east coast’s most spectacular beachfronts.
REGISTRATION
The event is nearly sold out. We have a few spots left. Please submit submit the Pre-Registration Form to indicate your interest and we’ll follow up to let you know which room options are currently available.
We currently have some spots in Shared Resort Rooms (you would be sharing the room with one other person, in separate beds) at $3100 USD early bird price, and a few Single Capacity Beachfront Suites at $4900 USD early bird price.

When you are contacted to register, you’ll have 48 hours to reserve your spot with a deposit of $500. You can then make the remaining payments in 6 monthly payments. You also have the option of paying in full for a $150 discount.
If you choose not to register at this time but might want to register later, we’ll return your name to the bottom on the list and you can register later if spots are available.

Komune Keramas resort rooms are designed as a home base with all the amenities you need to kick start your day of surf and adventure in Bali, or to chill and relax after fitting in more than you thought possible in one day!
The Komune Suites are designed for single and couples seeking more space during their stay in Bali. Each room features a luxury queen size bed and separate living area. The suite rooms also offer additional features including a pillow menu, evening turndown service, a retracting TV console and outdoor seating.
Beachfront Pool Suites overlook the Lombok Strait, Nusa Lembongan and the world-famous Keramas surf break. Each waterfront Suite features a private pool with lounger, waterfall shower and deep soak tub. Available with king beds or two twin beds.
COST
Registration packages costs are PER PERSON. Costs include:
- 7 nights lodging
- All meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet style (vegetarian and special dietary options available)
- Special welcome dinner
- Full participation in Mentorship activities
- One-of-a-kind commemorative shirt

- Travel to and from Bali
- Travel from the airport to venue (we will help arrange group shuttles for a per-person fee)

SCHEDULE
The event runs from Saturday October 12 to Saturday October 19.
The exact itinerary will be published closer to the event date. The days are packed with Animal Flow classes; lectures and workshop-style sessions; individual and group flow practice; business sessions covering social media, group classes, and marketing; and lots of social time and optional activities.
A typical Mentorship week looks like this:
- Saturday: Arrivals from airport; afternoon Welcome Flow Jam
- Sunday: Morning AF class; Daily AF sessions; Sunset Flow at beach; Welcome party
- Monday – Tuesday: Morning AF Class; Daily AF Sessions; Optional activities and nighttime events
- Wednesday: Morning AF Class; Great Day of Rest and Relaxation where you get to choose your own Bali adventure; relax at the pool or spa; or practice more Flow
- Thursday: Morning AF Class; design and film the Epic Flow; Optional activities and nighttime events
- Friday: Morning AF Class; Mobility and recovery work; Time to video more flows; AF games; Closing Ceremonies
- Saturday: Shuttles to airport for departures
FAQ
Who is eligible to attend the Mentorship?
The Mentorship is open to anyone who has taken the Animal Flow Level 1 workshop. You are not required to have completed your Level 1 certification test, although it is recommended that you do so prior to the event (if you are eligible to become certified).
I want to attend, but I don’t anyone else who is going. Will I still have fun?
Yes! The majority of attendees come as individuals. You will make tons of friends. We will pair up roommates of same gender, unless you specify that you’d like to room with a specific person.
I’m not very advanced in my Animal Flow practice. Will I still get anything out of the Mentorship?
Absolutely! We design the program to accommodate people of all skill levels. Our goal is for everyone to leave being a little better than when they came in, no matter where they started.
I would like to attend with my significant other sharing a room/bed. Can we receive a discount?
Prices listed are per-person, with options for single or double room occupancy. If you want to attend as a couple, you would just pay the price for double room occupancy, which is discounted from the single room option.
Can I get my own accommodations off-site and just attend the Mentorship activities?
We cannot allow participants who are not staying on-site to participate in the Mentorship. You will need to purchase the full Mentorship package to attend.
Can I get a refund if I cannot attend?
Please review the detailed Refunds and Cancellation policy below. Upon registration, you will be asked to sign a Mentorship Agreement form indicating you understand the terms. We strongly suggest attaining Travel Insurance to cover your costs if you are unable to attend for an emergency reason.
What if my country experiences a surge in COVID-19 or any other emergency that prevents me from entering Indonesia/Bali?
We will not be able to refund you for a last minute cancellation for any reason. If we are still holding the retreat, but you cannot attend, you would need to seek reimbursement from your travel insurance company.
Can I register with a deposit? What are the payment terms?
You can hold your spot with a $500 deposit. You will then be charged 6 monthly installments to pay the balance, beginning on February 15. The amount of the monthly installments are listed in the Cost Table above.
If you need to cancel, the first $250 of your deposit cannot be refunded for any reason. The balance of your deposit and any other payments made will be refunded according to the schedule listed in the Cancellations section below.
How do I get to the venue?
You will need to fly into the Denpasar International Airport in Bali.
It is approximately 30 minute drive from the airport to the venue.
If you are arriving on Saturday October 12, we will be arranging shuttles for groups according to flight arrival. There will be a fee for using this shuttle service.
If you choose to arrive earlier to enjoy Bali, you can make your own arrangements to arrive at the venue.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Due to the fact that we are required to book the venue and confirm rooms far in advance, we must maintain a strict cancellation policy.
Upon registration, you will be required to sign this Mentorship Agreement in order to complete the registration process. The Agreement requires acknowledging that you understand the payment requirements, along with the cancellation policy.
We strongly recommend that you attain Travel Insurance and ensure that it covers you for travel costs and Mentorship Registration costs in the event an emergency (family, health, travel, or otherwise) arises that would prevent you from attending.
The schedule for refunds is as follows:
- The first $250 of your deposit or payment in full is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Refund amounts are based upon the TOTAL COST of the your room package. That means that if you are paying on a payment plan, the amount of eligible refund is based on the total cost of your room, and not just on the amounts paid so far.
- Cancellations before March 1 are eligible for full refund (minus the $250 non-refundable portion of the deposit).
- Cancellations from March 1 to May 10 are eligible for 50% refund (minus the $250 non-refundable portion of deposit)
- Cancellations from May 10 to August 10 are eligible for 25% refund (minus the $250 non-refundable portion of deposit)
- Cancellations after August 10, 2024 are not eligible for any refund.
- The only exception to this schedule is if we are able to sell your spot to another individual, you will receive a 90% refund of your total room cost (this includes the $250 deposit portion).
