We bring together Flowists from all over the world to hang out for the whole week. Reconnect with old friends, make new friends, and gain a life-long community.

Our mentorships take place in the top venues located in beautiful and exotic places around the world. You’ll have time to explore the nature and culture surrounding the retreat center.

LOCATION
Kalimera Kriti is a unique beach resort on the north coast of Crete, harmoniously spread over glorious Mediterranean gardens. The landscape incorporates incredible long sandy beaches with world famous sunsets that evoke a feeling of wonder and relaxation set in total harmony with the extraordinary environment.
Accommodations are designed for elegance and comfort. The main building and three Cretan style villages designed with traditional Cretan touches provide a variety of accommodation options in rooms, bungalows and luxury suites.
A range of restaurants and on-site bars offer a selection of international and traditional cuisine prepared with fresh ingredients. Enjoy your meals in the main dining room (included) or one of the ala carte locations with ocean views. Kick back at a beachfront bar or wind down on a quiet terrace.
The garden landscape gently slopes onto two beautiful private sandy beaches. Additional amenities include tennis courts, sports facilities, wellness areas and a large gym, and indoor and outdoor pools.
And most importantly, where will we flow? We’ve reserved the 3,000 square foot Athena Ballroom for the entire week. We’ll also take advantage of the beach-front yoga space, and the enormous green sports fields.

SEAFRONT BUNGALOWS
The seafront bungalows enjoy an unobstructed view to the sea with its wonderful sunsets.
Rooms include twin and double bed options, suitable for singles, double occupants in separate beds, or couples sharing a bed.

VIEW BUNGALOWS
MOUNTAIN VIEW ROOMS
The twin rooms have mountain views. They are spread throughout the main building and the three bungalow villages. Furnished in traditional Cretan style, each room has a balcony or terrace with views to local styled gardens
Rooms include two twin beds.

VIEW TWIN ROOMS
SEAVIEW ROOM DELUXE
The deluxe rooms, fully renovated in 2017, are elegantly decorated and provide a balcony with stunning views of the sea. They are located in the main building.
Rooms include double beds suitable for singles or couples sharing a bed. Note that Deluxe Rooms do NOT have an option for two twin beds.

VIEW DELUXE ROOMS
SEAVIEW ROOM LUXURY
The luxury rooms, fully renovated in 2017, feature beautiful decoration with a pouf-bed, and a freestanding bathub and separate walk-in shower. Balconies offer a breathtaking view of the sea.
Rooms include two twin beds, or one king size bed.
Size: 36 sqm.

BEDROOM SUITES
The luxury one-bedroom suites are spacious with exceptional design, offering spectacular views to the sea and pool. Situated in the main building on in the villages area, they include fully furnished terraces and balconies.
They consist of one spacious bedroom with one king bed and one separate living room with sofa beds, as well as two bathrooms. The master bathroom features a freestanding bathtub and a separate walk-in shower.
Rooms include one king bed, suitable for an individual or a couple sharing the bed.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you attain travel insurance upon booking your registration. You should seek travel insurance that covers your costs if you must cancel due to medical or covered emergency, as well as reimbursement for travel disruptions and coverage for medical emergencies.
Please review our cancellation policy carefully (below). We are not able to offer refunds outside of the timelines listed. This includes refunds when you must cancel due to medical or family emergencies, injuries, or any other reason. It is your responsibility to attain insurance that will cover you for unforeseen emergencies.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
We maintain a strict cancellation and refund policy for this event. Due to the fact that we must book and pay for the venue far in advance, we cannot make exceptions to these policies and deadlines. Please click the drop down box below to review the full schedule for attaining refunds.
REFUND POLICIES
- The first $250 of your deposit or payment in full is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Refund amounts are based upon the TOTAL COST of the your room package. That means that if you are paying on a payment plan, the amount of eligible refund is based on the total cost of your room, and not just on the amounts paid so far. This is because payment plans are a loan from us while we pay the venue in full.
- Cancellations before December 14 are eligible for full refund (minus the $250 non-refundable portion of the deposit).
- Cancellations from December 14 to February 13 are eligible for 50% refund (minus the $250 non-refundable portion of deposit)
- Cancellations from February 14 to April 13 are eligible for 25% refund (minus the $250 non-refundable portion of deposit)
- Cancellations after April 13, 2024 are not eligible for any refund.
- The only exception to this schedule is if we are able to sell your spot to another individual, you will receive a 90% refund of your total room cost (minus the $250 non-refundable portion of the deposit). If you need to cancel and refer someone who takes your spot, we will provide the 90% refund to you.

Who is eligible to attend the Mentorship?
The Mentorship is open to anyone who has taken the Animal Flow Level 1 workshop. You are not required to have completed your Level 1 certification test, although it is recommended that you do so prior to the event (if you are eligible to become certified).
I want to attend, but I don’t anyone else who is going. Will I still have fun?
Yes! The majority of attendees come as individuals. You will make tons of friends. We will pair up roommates of same gender, unless you specify that you’d like to room with a specific person.
I’m not very advanced in my Animal Flow practice. Will I still get anything out of the Mentorship?
Absolutely! We design the program to accommodate people of all skill levels. Our goal is for everyone to leave being a little better than when they came in, no matter where they started.
Attendees usually include individuals brand new to Animal Flow, as well as people who have been practicing at advanced levels for many years. Everyone will learn at their own pace!
I would like to attend with my significant other sharing a room/bed. Can we receive a discount?
Prices listed are per-person, with options for single or double room occupancy. If you want to attend as a couple, you would just pay the price for double room occupancy, which is discounted from the single room option.
If your partner would like come along but would not be participating in the Mentorship activities, the cost is $1500.
Can I get my own accommodations off-site and just attend the Mentorship activities?
All attendees must be staying on-site.
Can I get a refund if I cannot attend?
Please review the detailed Refunds and Cancellation policy in the COST section above. The first 50% of your deposit is not refundable. The balance of payments may be refundable according to the listed schedule, but the overall policy is strict.
We strongly suggest attaining Travel Insurance to cover your costs if you are unable to attend for an emergency reason.
What if my country experiences a surge in COVID-19 or any other emergency that prevents me from entering Greece?
We will not be able to refund you for a last minute cancellation for any reason. If we are still holding the retreat, but you cannot attend, you would need to seek reimbursement from your travel insurance company.
Can I register with a deposit? What are the payment terms?
You can hold your spot with a $500 deposit. You will then be charged 6 monthly installments to pay the balance, beginning December 1 (or the 1st of the month after you register if it is past December 1).
If you need to cancel, the first $250 of your deposit cannot be refunded for any reason.
How do I get to the venue?
Crete can be reached by plane or ferry.
By air: The resort is a 35-minute drive from Heraklion International Airport “Nikos Kazantzakis”. The airport is served by daily flights from Athens and other major European cities.
By port: The resort is a 40-minute drive from Heraklion Port, which offers connections to nearby islands.
