Mi enfoque hacia la disciplina es Holístico, buscando perfeccionar, mejorar, conectar y comunicar desde un aspecto global, conectando cuerpo, mente y alma.
Cuento con diferentes herramientas que me permiten profundizar en el plano material y energetico (Shiatsu, Reiki, Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda) con el objetivo principal de despertar nuevos niveles de consciencia la persona, buscando alcanzar juntos grandes resultados físicos-mentales y espirituales

Clases Online: Son personalizadas a distancia. Con la persona se coordinan horarios y días.
Las clases se dictan en Español e Ingles
Ademas contamos con un enfoque ONE-TO-ONE donde buscamos potenciar al ser interior que llevamos dentro con el fin de alcanzar el héroe legendario de cada persona. Trabajamos con Biohacking y Neuroplasticidad.

I have different tools that allow me to delve a little further, (Shiatsu, Reiki, Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda) being aware of the person's process, seeking to achieve great physical-mental results together.

Online Classes: They are personalized at a distance. Schedules and days are coordinated with the person.

We also have a ONE-TO-ONE approach where we seek to enhance the inner being that we carry within in order to reach the legendary hero of each person. We work with biohacking and neuroplasticity.
