Level 2 takes your Animal Flow practice to a higher level. Building upon the strong foundations learned in Level 1, the workshop teaches 10 more new moves, as well as progressions for the Tuck Balance.

Level 3 is designed to elevate not only your personal flow practice but also your understanding of the science, teaching strategies, and coaching skills that define exceptional L3 Instructors.
