Meet Our Authors

The Flowist welcomes five Regional Leaders to our contributor team
author picture

From humble beginnings in Miami, Florida in 2011, the Animal Flow team and community has steadily grown. Since inception, program creator, Mike Fitch, and his business partner and COO, Karen Mahar, have painstakingly selected individuals who they believe exemplify the ethos of Animal Flow.

One such group of people are our Regional Leaders–our team of selected representatives from within our certified instructor community who spread the message of AF throughout the world.

These ambassadors are exceptional fitness professionals in their own right, each of whom has a vast range of skills, experience and expertise to bring to the role.

Earlier this year we invited our team of over 130 Regional Leaders to apply to become selected as one of our inaugural community authors for The Flowist. We were unquestionably impressed by the calibre of submissions and ultimately selected five applicants to write for us in 2022.

Throughout the course of the year, they’ll be working alongside the team at The Flowist to develop, research and write articles across a range of topics. We’re excited to introduce you to our contributors and even more excited to begin sharing their work in the coming weeks and months.
