In this 4-hour mini-workshop, you’ll be guided through learning an intermediate/advanced Flow (Infinity Flow #1: Power) that combines energy transfers (rolls, breaks, & redirects), tempo changes (speed control), and L1, L2, & L3 movements. We’ll review the moves, refine them, and repeat them, in order to think less and feel more. The ultimate goal is to make this Infinity Flow yours.
