If you are looking to learn Animal Flow in Zaragoza, I invite you to try a class with me. With over 5 years as a certified Animal Flow instructor and almost 20 as a physical therapist, I will teach you how to master your body, whether you are a complete novice or already familiar with this or other bodyweight methods.
We have individual classes, group classes, various levels and even the option of teaching online if you cannot attend in person.
