About Me

My lessons are individual and adaptable. I enjoy strengthening and moving the body with children through complex movements. With adults I look for the challenge and show how flexible and dynamic movement not only makes us physically but also mentally strong. Individually and also in groups, online, in the park, in my practice or at your home. I am there where i can move. I combine many disciplines, I am a neuroathletics trainer and physiotherapist.
