About Me

You can practice AF with me in Berlin: every Tuesday at 8 pm at "Liubov dance studio" in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf.
Contact me via email or Instagram so I can add you to the group and giving you info about the sessions.
The classes are open level, we have both beginners and practitioners who're more familiar with AF.
I like to create a nice and fun atmosphere with a community spirit and no judgements, to let everyone feel comfortable and stimulated to improve their level.
The class includes a functional warm up, introduction of Level 1 elements, with dynamic and sometime partnering exercises, a flow performance and a last stretching and release.
I'm open to offer personal trainings, special classes, online classes and outdoor sessions during the summer time.
