About Me
My classes are aimed at initiation into quadruped training and exploration of natural mobility, especially for people who spend many hours sitting.
I teach the basic Animal Flow movements, which allow you to develop joint mobility, strength, power, coordination, balance, flexibility and general well-being, while having a good time.
