Hello my name is Melanie Gotic.

Let me introduce myself first with my personal slogan, which is:
fresh & sporty over forty!

My individual qualifications and specializations are
• Animal-Flow®-Instructor (certificate AF level 1, certificate AF level 2 in progress)
• Ving Tsun Instructor TG 2
• Mobility Coach

I offer Animal Flow courses in Bad Kreuznach and Meisenheim, in group classes and also as individual personal training.
Additionally I have an Animal Flow Kids Class in Meisenheim.
