About Me

Understanding My Methodology
To explain the foundation of my methodology, it’s essential to first explore the contrast between what the human body is designed for and how we use it in our modern lives.

Our bodies are designed for continuous movement during daylight hours—long walks over uneven terrain, lifting and carrying heavy loads, throwing objects, climbing trees, and more.

What’s our reality today?
Most people, especially those with office jobs, spend over 10 hours a day sitting (at work, during meals, commuting, watching TV, etc.). Our bodies, with their incredible ability to adapt, have become experts at being sedentary. This results in forward-leaning heads, rounded shoulders, weakened glutes, a lack of posterior chain strength, and reduced overall mobility.

Even those who stay active often spend just an hour a day doing repetitive strength exercises, usually in a single plane of motion and within a fixed position. This can lead to overloading certain joints and limiting functional movement capacity.

My Approach: Movement as it’s Meant to Be
Taking all this into account, my methodology focuses on creating varied training sessions that address the body as a whole. With Animal Flow as a core element, we combine:

Mobility exercises to restore range of motion and joint health.
Strength work using both bodyweight and external loads to build functional power.
Power and explosiveness training to improve dynamic capabilities.
Stability drills to strengthen control and reduce injury risk.
Coordination across multiple planes of motion to enhance fluidity and adaptability in movement.
This holistic approach reconnects us with how the body is meant to move, helping clients build strength, mobility, and resilience in a way that feels natural, challenging, and empowering.
