About Me
I am a person who loves sport in all its facets, the movement that we can transfer to our daily lives, the training that makes us more capable and more functional, I want to be able to transmit that as an instructor of both animal flow and other systems with which what work. I believe in a body capable of controlling each muscle independently, that our brain knows how to control our body at all times as we wish, and I want to be able to teach and transmit it!
