About Me

Hi, I am Mauricio. I work as a fitness trainer (A-license) at Studio Sports Up Wiesbaden, Germany. My individual qualifications and specializations are
• Professional dancer and choreographer (contemporary dance, musical and folkloric dance)
• Animal-Flow®-Instructor (certificate AF level 1, certificate AF level 2 in progress)
• Yoga trainer and Gravity Yoga
• Functional Trainer
• Le Basi del Functional Bodyweight (ASD Euroeducation, Italy)
• Calisthenics
I currently offer Animal Flow courses at Sports-Up Wiesbaden, in class and also as individual personal training. As an experienced dancer, I like to use dance elements for the warm up and cool down in my classes to support the quality of movement and mobility of the flows.
