About Me
My name is Valentina. I have been a functional and kettlebell training coach for 10 years now. A couple of years ago I found my love for animal flow and have been digging down the rabbit hole further and further since. I love the way AF challenges my body and mind. I think the mental feeling after an AF session has very little things that can compare. Come flow with me every Wednesday. 18:30 is Animal Flow Beginner class, at 19:45 is Animal Flow Advanced class.
