About Me

I am a movement teacher in south-west Germany. I am a mum of 3 and love moving as often as possible. Animal Flow opens doors to more movement and a healthier lifestyle. I focus on quality and healthy joints. I believe slow and steady progress is the key for consistent change und success.
My practice and workouts are varied. I like to adapt to the needs and wishes of my customers.
I want you to feel safe in your body and get stronger and more agile. This is what is a central focus in my coaching practice.

I prefer teaching in German. My English Skills are improving:-)
If needed I am able to teach in french but would like to mix it with english words.
