I’m absolutely movement addicted person from my childhood. Animal Flow lover and L1 AF certified instructor, personal trainer, fitness entrepreneur, ocr athlete, runner and sport mom of baby beast Polina.

I work in fitness industry from 2012. In my childhood I was a dancer, and my fitness career I started from Pilates in Kiev. In Ukraine I was co-owner of Fitness studio for 6 years.

Now I just trying to do what I really love. My passion is movement. Wait you on my ANIMAL FLOW classes ????
