We can’t flow ALL the time and you’ll have ample opportunity to care for your body. Eat delicious food, book time in the spa, check out the brand new Recovery Center. You’ll leave feeling energized, refreshed, and maybe a little exhausted.
Our 2024 Mentorship in Bali was epic. Now we are planning around how to make 2026 even better.
LOCATION
We’re excited to be returning to the beautiful Komune Resort in Keramas Bali. The health and fitness compound is located on a black sand beach with its stunning views, amazing staff, and world class facilities. Komune is one of our favorite venues for Animal Flow!
Delicious farm-to-table meals are included for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy a daily nutritious diet of fresh local produce from Komune’s organic farm and local farmers. The menu includes fish and chicken, along with vegetarian and vegan options.
Kick back at the Beach Bar or Surfer’s Warung with fantastic snacks and drinks.
Accommodations include standard room options, spacious suites, and beachfront suites with private pools.
Between the Health Hub and the Beach Club you’ll have access to an incredible array of facilities to keep you relaxed and feeling good. Take a dip in the beach front pool or the quieter training pool; work out in the gym; indulge in a massage.
This year Komune has opened a brand new Recovery Center with hot and cold plunge pools, a sauna, and IV drip therapy. We can’t wait to check it out.
The heart of an AF Mentorship is the Flow Space, and Komune has multiple options we love. The enormous Jungle Shala with smooth wood floors along with two additional yoga pavilions can accommodate a ton of movement.
We can also take advantage of the wide open, immaculately manicured lawn.

The standard Resort Rooms provide a relaxing and eco-friendly accommodation.

Take advantage of more space with the Komune Suite. With a luxury queen bed and pillow menu, you’ll be prepped for a great night’s rest.
The indoor living area and outdoor patio seating ensure you can wind your day in comfort.

BEACHFRONT POOL SUITE

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
We maintain a strict cancellation and refund policy for this event. .
- The first $250 of your deposit or payment in full is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Refund amounts are based upon the TOTAL COST of the your room package. That means that if you are paying on a payment plan, the amount of eligible refund is based on the total cost of your room, and not just on the amounts paid so far. This is because payment plans are a loan from us while we pay the venue in full.
- Refunds (minus the $250 non-refundable portion of the deposit) can be provided according to this schedule: Before May 6, 2025: full refund; May 7 – July 6: 50% refund; July 7 – September 6: 25% refund; September 7 on: no refund
- You can transfer your registration to someone else and arrange for them to pay you for the spot.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you attain travel insurance that covers your costs if you must cancel due to medical or covered emergency, as well as reimbursement for travel disruptions and coverage for medical emergencies.
We are not able to offer refunds outside of the Cancellation policy above. This includes refunds when you must cancel due to medical or family emergencies, injuries, or any other reason. It is your responsibility to attain insurance that will cover you for unforeseen emergencies.

Who is eligible to attend the Mentorship?
The Mentorship is open to anyone who has taken the Animal Flow Level 1 workshop. You are not required to have completed your Level 1 certification test, although it is recommended that you do so prior to the event.
How many people can attend this Mentorship?
We have a total of 75 spots available.
I want to attend, but I don’t anyone else who is going. Will I still have fun?
Yes! The majority of attendees come as individuals. You will make tons of friends. We will pair up roommates of same gender, unless you specify that you’d like to room with a specific person.
I’m not very advanced in my Animal Flow practice. Will I still get anything out of the Mentorship?
Absolutely! We design the program to accommodate people of all skill levels. Our goal is for everyone to leave being a little better than when they came in, no matter where they started.
Attendees usually include individuals brand new to Animal Flow, as well as people who have been practicing at advanced levels for many years. Everyone will learn at their own pace!
I would like to attend with my significant other sharing a room/bed. Can we receive a discount?
You are welcome to bring a partner with you.
If they have also taken the AF workshop and will participate in the Mentorship, you would each register as an individual and select the Double Room occupancy.
If they will not be participating in the Mentorship, we will provide a $1200 discount. They would be welcome to join the group for meals and social activities.
Can I get my own accommodations off-site and just attend the Mentorship activities?
All attendees must be staying on-site.
How do I register?

Can I get a refund if I cannot attend?
Please review the detailed Refunds and Cancellation policy in the COST section above. The first $250 of your deposit is not refundable. The balance of payments may be refundable according to the listed schedule, but the overall policy is strict.
We strongly suggest attaining Travel Insurance to cover your costs if you are unable to attend for an emergency reason.
What if my country experiences a surge in COVID-19 or any other emergency that prevents me from entering Indonesia/Bali?
We will not be able to refund you for a last minute cancellation for any reason. If we are still holding the retreat, but you cannot attend, you would need to seek reimbursement from your travel insurance company.
Can I register with a deposit? What are the payment terms?
You can hold your spot with a $500 deposit. You will then be charged 6 monthly installments to pay the balance, beginning December 1 (or the 1st of the month after you register if it is past December 1).
If you need to cancel, the first $250 of your deposit cannot be refunded for any reason.
How do I get to the venue?
The closest airport is Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, also known as Denpasar Airport (code DPS).
We can help you arrange transportation from the airport to the venue. We will coordinate shared shuttles, based upon your arrival time, and you can split the cost amongst everyone sharing the vehicle.
When should I plan to arrive / depart?
The Mentorship week runs from Sunday to Sunday.
The first Sunday is dedicated to arrival and checkin, with our Introductory Flow Session kicking off at 3:00pm. If you cannot arrange a flight that arrives in time for that, don’t worry! We save the “important” stuff for the next morning, as we understand some people may be delayed the first day.
We don’t schedule any activities on the last Sunday. We just wake up, eat breakfast, and check out! We’ll help arrange shuttles to the airport based on flight departure times.
