Who is eligible to attend the Advanced Retreat?

Prerequisites to register include:

(1) You must have taken the L2 workshop. Certification is not required.

(2) You must be familiar with the L2 and L3 movements, by taking the L3 workshop and/or subscribing to AF OD.

(3) We strongly recommend reviewing the Advanced Transitions Course.

How many people can attend this Retreat?

This will be an intimate retreat with a maximum of 35 attendees.

I want to attend, but I don’t anyone else who is going. Will I still have fun?

Yes! Flowists are great people and you will meet lots of new people. Many come alone. We’ll pair you up with roommates of same gender, unless you specify that you’d like to room with a specific person.

Can I bring my partner?

We have a limited number of rooms available for couples.

If they have also taken the AF workshop and will participate in the Retreat, you would each register as an individual and select the Double Room occupancy.

If they will not be participating in the Retreat, we will provide a $750 discount. They would be welcome to join the group for meals and social activities.

Can I get my own accommodations off-site and just attend the Retreat activities?

All attendees must be staying on-site.

How do I register?

Can I get a refund if I cannot attend?

Can you help me apply for a travel visa? What if my visa is denied?

Please check on requirements for travelers from your country to the USA.

We can provide you with a letter confirming your reservation and participation in the retreat, but we don’t have any other sway with US immigration.

If your travel is contingent on attaining a travel visa please let us know before confirming your registration and payment.

Can I register with a deposit? What are the payment terms?

You can hold your spot with a $500 deposit. You will then be charged 4 monthly installments to pay the balance, beginning December 1.
