You should be proficient with all of the L1 movements and call out language.\n\n\n\nAs with L1\, you should be physically fit enough to support your own bodyweight in quadrupedal positions (all fours) and be medically cleared to participate in physical activities. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCertification Options\n\n\n\n\nYou can test out to become a Certified L2 AF Instructor or Flowist. \n\n\n\n\nCERTIFIED L2 ANIMAL FLOW INSTRUCTORS \n\n\n\nFitness and yoga professionals who are already certified in L1 can complete the test to become certified in L2.  \n\n\n\nThe test includes 3 parts:   \n\n\n\n\nCreate and perform a 3-minute Flow that meets the specified criteria;  \n\n\n\nTeach 3 of the new movements to a client who already knows L1; \n\n\n\nDemonstrate ability to hold a Tuck Balance \n\n\n\n\nTests are due within 90 days of the workshop. We will announce the new date for Animal Flow Prague Level 1 in 2025 soon.\nJoin us for the Animal Flow® Level 1 Workshop in Prague\, Czech Republic\, on November 30-December 1\, 2024. The two-day event is 7 hours each day\, on Saturday and Sunday. It will be hosted at a venue TBA in Prague. This workshop will be taught in English\, with Czech translation\, by Master Instructor Miroslaw Basciuk. \nPřipojte se k nám na workshop Animal Flow® Level 1 v Praze\, Česká republika\, 30. listopadu – 1. prosince. Dvoudenní akce trvá 7 hodin každý den\, sobotu a neděli. Bude se konat v místě TBA v Praze. Tento workshop bude vyučován v angličtině s českým překladem Master Instructor Miroslaw Basciuk. \nL1 is an intensive two-day workshop (14 hours total) where you’ll learn all 30 Level 1 moves\, including regressions\, progressions\, and variations for all skill levels. You’ll explore how and when to use each movement individually\, as well as how to link them together into flows of your own design. \nThe workshop is open to fitness professionals and non-professionals\, as we welcome everyone interested in becoming a better mover. Fitness professionals are eligible to become Certified AF Instructors\, who are allowed to teach AF in personal training\, group fitness classes\, or other fitness programs.
