About Me
I started my Animal Flow journey in 2018, after watching some videos from flowists around the world from YouTube and I thought: this is incredible, I wanna do this stuff!. So I did the workshop L1 and after L2 and became L2 instructor and after L3. I like so much animal flow because with the practice I became more flexible and fluid. I like to move my body in the space! When I do animal flow, I don't have negative thoughts, but I am only me and my body!
