About Me
My classes warmly welcome beginners and challenge those who are already familiar with the practice.
I like to hear from my students what they bigger vision is in regards to health and strength. This helps me tailor a class that truly helps you reach your bigger goals: mobility, agility, coordination, endurance and/or strength. I have myself a background in dance, Krav Maga, screen fighting and weightlifting. "Animal Flow" helps me stay on track with my overall performance goals, and I want to help you to achieve the same.
My classes are safe spaces for people to explore and push themselves in a safe environment.
I love building community. The best part part is when my students make long-lasting friends through my classes!
