DESCRIPTION:Join us for the only Animal Flow® Level 3 Workshop in Europe this year on September 7-8\, 2024\, in Prague\, Czech Republic! The two-day event is 8 hours each day\, from 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. The workshop will be hosted at The Dancers’ Club in Prague. We are excited to invite you to join us in this epic new course\, taught in English\, by Animal Flow Creator Mike Fitch.  \nABOUT THE COURSE\nLevel 3 is designed to not only bring your own flow practice to another level\, but to also improve your knowledge of the science\, teaching methods\, and coaching qualities that make a Level 3 Instructor. \nCourse curriculum includes: \n\nDeep dive into the 4 Pillars of Animal Flow\nProgressive Tuck Balance training\nProgressive “Float” (Tuck Planche) training\nTons of new L3 movements\nAnatomy and biomechanics of Animal Flow\nWorking with ground reaction force\nAnimal Flow language and Call Out reviews\nBreath mobility\nCreating style through the exploration of the skeletal system\nFree Flow\nAdvanced Coaching\n\nThe L3 workshop includes supplemental work before and after the workshop. You’ll be able to work through a lot of this at your own pace. We’ll have a private Facebook group for students prior to the workshop\, which you’ll gain immediate access to upon registration. In that group you’ll find 8 assignments to help you prepare for the day of the workshop. By the time you get to the day of the course\, you’ll already be well into your L3 preparation! After the course\, we have another private support group where you can interact with all your fellow Flowists who are preparing their L3 test. \nPRE-REQUISITES\nYou MUST have attended a Level 2 Animal Flow workshop PRIOR to taking L3. As is required for your L2 test out\, we advise that you have a strong Tuck Balance practice and can ideally hold it for at least 1 second. \nWHAT’S INCLUDED\nYour registration includes: \n\nComplimentary access to the full library of instructional videos for all Level 3 movements. You will also receive videos of all the course lectures after the workshop\nLevel 3 manual\, in both digital and hard copy formats\nCertificate of Completion\, including proof of participation for Continuing Education credits. SUMMARY:Animal Flow Level 1 Gold Coast (Aug)
DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Animal Flow® Level 1 Workshop in Burleigh Heads\, Gold Coast\, Australia\, on August 24-25\, 2024. The two-day event is six and a half each hours day\, from 10:00am to 4:30pm\, on Saturday and Sunday. It will be hosted at The Crew Gold Coast in Burleigh Heads. This workshop will be taught in English\, by Master Instructor Guillaume Tual. \nL1 is an intensive two-day workshop (13 hours total) where you’ll learn all 30 Level 1 moves\, including regressions\, progressions\, and variations for all skill levels. You’ll explore how and when to use each movement individually\, as well as how to link them together into flows of your own design. \nThe workshop is open to fitness professionals and non-professionals\, as we welcome everyone interested in becoming a better mover. Fitness professionals are eligible to become Certified AF Instructors\, who are allowed to teach AF in personal training\, group fitness classes\, or other fitness programs. Becoming certified requires completing the test process after the workshop. Non-professionals all welcome to take the course for their own benefit\, but are not authorized to teach it without first attaining an appropriate fitness credential. You can find the details on the certification process and benefits HERE. \nAbout the Course\nYou’ll cover all 6 components of Animal Flow\, including the Traveling Forms (the “ABCs” of animal movements); Switches and Transitions; Wrist Mobility; Activations; Form Specific Stretches\, and\, of course\, Flows. \nThe workshop starts with base positions\, which systematically build in difficulty and complexity over the two days. Movements are taught within the context of scientifically-based concepts relevant to anyone working in health and fitness industries. By the end of the second day\, the entire class will be performing a sequence known as the Beast flow which integrates a large majority of the movements from the workshop. Note that we schedule travel and instructor time based on the number of registrations several months in advance\, so we cannot offer full refunds if you must cancel. \nIf you must cancel due to a conflict\, emergency (including but not limited to having COVID)\, or other reason\, you have the option of transferring your registration to a future online or in-person event.\nIf you are requesting a cash refund\, the amount of refund is dependent on the length of time until the event. For registrations that have “paid in full” (early registration or regular registration)\, refunds are made minus a $15 processing fee\, according to the following schedule: 60 days or more until event: 100%; 45-60 days 75%; 30-45 days: 50%; 15-29 days: 25%; two weeks or less until event: $0. Requests for cash refunds must be made within two weeks of your cancellation.\nOtherwise\, you will be provided with a transfer credit for a future workshop (credit expires within 1 year). There is a $75 transfer fee. Anyone who cancels within 1 week of the workshop\, under any circumstance\, will automatically fall under this transfer category.  No exceptions.\nFor registration deposits\, no refunds are provided within 90 days of the event.\nIt is allowable for you to transfer your registration to somebody else\, although it is your responsibility to identify the individual and make any financial arrangements directly with them.\nIf an event is cancelled by GBT for any reason\, a full refund (with no processing fee) shall be provided.\nThere are NO EXCEPTIONS to this refund policy.
