SUMMARY:Denver International Animal Flow Day Jam with Mike Fitch
DESCRIPTION:Join us for International Animal Flow Day and the Grand Opening of AF Creator Mike Fitch’s new gym\, Body Practice\, in Denver! On Wednesday August 28th\, 2024\, Mike will be hosting an evening Instructors Jam\, followed by a social hangout. There are only 25 spots available for this jam. \nDETAILS\n\nThe Jam will take place from 4pm-6pm. We’ll hangout in the gym afterwards. Tickets are $25 USD for this Jam. Space is limited to 25 participants.\n\nWHO CAN REGISTER\nYou must have attended a Level 1 Animal Flow workshop to be eligible to register for this event. You need to be logged in to register. \nWHAT IS IAFD\nThis August 28\, 2024 will be the 4th year of celebrating International Animal Flow Day (IAFD) with our worldwide AF community. This global holiday was born in 2021 as a way to bring together individuals from around the world to celebrate the joy of movement and the friendships shared by practitioners of Animal Flow. “Community” is one of the four pillars that make up the foundations of the Animal Flow system\, representing the idea that fitness can be fun and is better when shared with others. Thousands of Flowists in more than 50 countries come together in their local parks\, gyms\, city attractions\, and community centers to take part in IAFD. While everyone practices the same Flow\, it contains both beginner and advanced portions so that everyone can successfully take part. \nCANCELATION POLICY\nIn the case of event cancellation by GBT\, a full refund will be provided with no processing fee. There are NO exceptions to this refund policy. \nWAITLIST\nIf there are no tickets available by the time you go to register\, email mikefitch@animalflow.com to join the waitlist.
