Having a tool box of smart “deconstruction” strategies is essential for ensuring all of your clients feel successful!    \n\n\n\n“Deconstructing” Animal Flow is the process of breaking down the movements into easier components to make them more achievable for individuals not ready or able to perform the standard movement. This 4-hour virtual workshop will teach Animal Flow Instructors how to deconstruct movements step by step\, covering key principles and specific methods. Hands-on practice will provide variations for six AF movements along with two deconstructed flows.     \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nABOUT THE WORKSHOP\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDeconstructed Animal Flow movements are not a step back –  they are the key to deeper mastery and  the foundation of the entire system. \n\n\n\nBecause every body is different\, you’ll have clients with different needs.  \n\n\n\nYou’ll learn how to make Animal Flow: \n\n\n\nMore accessibleMore intelligentMore effective \n\n\n\n\n\nThis 4-hour virtual workshop is taught live with tons of opportunity for interaction and feedback.  \n\n\n\nThe agenda will include: \n\n\n\n\nhow to deconstruct Animal Flow movements step-by-step\n\n\n\n4 key principles to deconstruct any movement \n\n\n\nsmart strategies for progression and regression\n\n\n\nhands-on practice with multiple variations of 6 AF moves\n\n\n\n2 deconstructed flows at different levels\n\n\n\n\nYou’ll also receive a bonus:   \n\n\n\n\n90-day access to the full workshop video\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWHO CAN ATTEND\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis mini-workshop is open to anyone who has taken the Level 1 workshop.
