You’ll need to have enough space to perform the L1 movements.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe L1 Review and Test Out provides a thorough review of the L1 movements\, while allowing you to test out at the same time. It’s a great opportunity for anyone who has taken the L1 workshop but hasn’t submitted their Test Out\, and/or Flowists who would like a technique tune up. Whether you just need a refresher\, or you don’t have time to shoot the test videos\, or you just think this sounds like more fun – this session is meant to help rekindle your passion for Animal Flow and support you to achieve your certification. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Course\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis course takes you through a review of the L1 movements while providing opportunity to complete your test out then.  \n\n\n\nThe first 3 hours of the workshop provide the review of the L1 movements. The MI demonstrates each movement\, reviews key points\, and then observes participants practicing the moves. They will provide some immediate feedback\, while taking notes regarding each individuals’ success or need for improvement.  \n\n\n\nThe final hour is dedicated to the Call Out portion of the test. Participants can complete this portion live during the session\, or they can submit this on video afterward.  \n\n\n\nSee the following section for details on the test requirements.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nELIGIBILITY\n\n\n\n\nAnyone who has taken the L1 workshop can attend this review workshop. \n\n\n\n\nIndividuals who have taken L1 but have not yet submitted their test out can do so through this event. This includes individuals who have are late for the submission deadline. Participation in this workshop will meet the requirement that you repeat the L1 workshop if you have missed the submission deadline.  \n\n\n\nIndividuals who don’t have a test out pending can still attend for a general technique tune up! This is a great way to review all the movements\, with opportunity to receive instant feedback.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTEST REQUIREMENTS\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe requirements to pass your L1 test are the same whether you attend this session or submit via video. You can review the requirements here. Participating in this session removes the requirement to record the videos. It also waives any late fees\, and satisfies the requirement to repeat L1 if you are past the submission deadline.  \n\n\n\nYou must have your camera on and be prepared to participate for the entire time. \n\n\n\nThe first 3 hours of the workshop cover Part 1 of the Test Out\, where you demonstrate proficiency will performing the movements. You’ll  review each movement\, practice\, and make corrections before the MI determines if you are sufficient to pass.   \n\n\n\nThe last hour covers Part 2 of the Test Out. This is where you demonstrate the you can design a Flow and call it out using the correct language.  \n\n\n\nYou can complete this portion live during the event\, or you can submit it on video within 30 days.   \n\n\n\nIf you intend to do it during the event\, you must come with your Flow prepared!  \n\n\n\nIf you are applying to become a Certified AF Instructor\, you will Call Out someone else with your Flow. We will pair you up with someone else to call out on screen. If you are applying to become an Official Flowist\, you will perform the Flow yourself while calling it out.  \n\n\n\n\nThe Flow must contain 12-15 movements. It will be approximately 120 second long. \n\n\n\nUse only L1 moves from the Switches and Transitions and FSS categories. Do not include Activations or Traveling Forms in the flow.\n\n\n\nYou must have the flow memorized. Do not use notes when calling out the Flow. This detracts from your ability to actively coach your participant. We need to see that you can coach without needing to look at notes.You cannot refer to notes. Your attention should be focused on the person you are calling out. \n\n\n\nThe Flow is an opportunity to demonstrate your understanding of how the movements work together. As such\, do not perform the same movement back to back on alternating sides as this does not lend itself to the concept of flow and optimizing movement variability.\n\n\n\nYou should not repeat the entire flow to the opposite side. Use your entire 120 seconds for one flow performed to one side only.\n\n\n\nIf English is not your primary language\, you can call out the direction and limb command\, along with any necessary cues\, in your preferred language. The names of the Animal Flow moves must always be in English.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCertification Options\n\n\n\n\nTaking the Level 1 workshop is the first step toward becoming a Certified Animal Flow Instructor or Official Flowist. \n\n\n\n\nCERTIFIED ANIMAL FLOW INSTRUCTORS \n\n\n\nFitness professionals are eligible to become Certified AF Instructors\, allowing them to teach AF in personal training sessions or group fitness classes\, and/or integrate it into other fitness programming. Esses indivíduos podem concluir o processo de teste para obter o título de Flowist Oficial. \n\n\n\nSe alguém ganhou o título de Flowist Oficial e depois obteve uma credencial de condicionamento físico profissional\, poderá atualizar seu título para Instrutor Certificado. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCRÉDITOS DE EDUCAÇÃO CONTINUADA\n\n\n\n\nO curso de Nível 1 está aprovado para fornecer Créditos de Educação Continuada de algumas das principais entidades credenciadoras na área de aptidão física: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNational Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM): 1.1 CEUS\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAthletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA): 11 CEUs\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAmerican Council on Exercise (ACE): 1.1 CEUs\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\ncanfitpro Canadian Fitness Professionals: 4 CECs\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNew Zealand Registered Exercise Professionals (REPs): 16 CPDs\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPOLÍTICA DE CANCELAMENTOS E REEMBOLSO:\n\n\n\n\nSe precisar cancelar a inscrição no workshop\, você poderá ter direito a um reembolso parcial\, dependendo do tempo até o evento\, de acordo com os termos a seguir. Os workshops são planejados com base no número de inscrições com vários meses de antecedência\, por isso não podemos oferecer reembolso total se você cancelar. \n\n\n\nSe um evento for cancelado pelo GBT/Animal Flow HQ por qualquer motivo\, um reembolso total (sem taxa de processamento) será fornecido. \n\n\n\n\nOpção 1: Substituição de Participante\n\n\n\nVocê sempre pode transferir seu registro para outra pessoa\, embora seja sua responsabilidade identificar a pessoa e fazer quaisquer acordos financeiros diretamente com ela. Entre em contato conosco para combinar a participação da outra pessoa em seu lugar. \n\n\n\n\n\nOpção 2: Transferir Crédito\n\n\n\nVocê pode transferir o valor total da sua inscrição para outro workshop. Os créditos de transferência expiram após dois anos. \n\n\n\nHá uma taxa de transferência de US$ 75 para não presenças ou cancelamentos dentro de duas semanas após o evento.   \n\n\n\nQualquer pessoa que cancelar dentro de duas semanas do workshop\, sob qualquer circunstância\, se enquadrará automaticamente nesta categoria de transferência. \n\n\n\n\n\nOpção 3: REEMBOLSO PARCIAL EM DINHEIRO\n\n\n\nSe você estiver solicitando um reembolso em dinheiro\, o valor do reembolso dependerá do período de tempo até o evento\, conforme listado abaixo. O valor do reembolso é baseado no preço total do workshop\, portanto\, se você pagou apenas o depósito\, o valor do reembolso será proporcional conforme indicado. \n\n\n\nUm processamento de $ 30 é sempre deduzido de qualquer valor de reembolso. \n\n\n\n\n60 dias ou mais até o evento: 100% do preço total (ou 100% do depósito) \n\n\n\n45-60 dias: 75% do Preço Total (ou 50% do depósito); \n\n\n\n30-45 dias: 50% do Preço Total (ou $0% do depósito);\n\n\n\n15-29 dias: 25% do Preço Total (ou 0% do depósito); \n\n\n\nDuas semanas ou menos até o evento: $0. \n\n\n\n\nSolicitações de reembolso em dinheiro (valores baseados no cronograma acima) devem ser feitas dentro de duas semanas após o cancelamento.
