Join Animal Flow Creator Mike Fitch in this two-part, on-line series to help you nail your Tuck Balance!

The course will be taught live on zoom, in two 3-hour sessions. The first one is Friday, January 27, 2023, and the second one is Friday, February 17, 2023. Both will start at 8am US Eastern Time (NYC Time). You should plan on attending both sessions, as they will cover different material. We have scheduled them 3 weeks apart so that you will have time to practice in between. Recordings will be made available to attendees for one month following each session.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This course is targeted toward anyone who is working on improving their Animal Flow hand balancing practice, and in particular their Tuck Balance. Whether you are trying to improve your L1 movements that incorporate Tuck Balances, or you are working on passing your L2 test out, this workshop will give you the tools needed to achieve successful hand balancing.

You must have attended the Level 1 workshop in order to enroll in this workshop.

CONTENT

Mike will provide theoretical and practice instruction to help you with your hand balancing practice. Each three hour session will include lecture and demonstration from Mike, along with opportunity for participants to receive individual feedback.

• The only techniques you’ll need for TB mobility
• Drive and draw – essential points of tension
• Building your base with conditioning progressions
• The “Pyramid” of conditioning and skill

• Hips up – find your best way to get stacked
• High and tight – skill practice
• Programing your TB training

COST

The cost for this course is $195. This includes access to both sessions taught live online, as well as access to the session recordings for one month following each session.
