Are you ready for 24 hours of Animal Flow? Join the Animal Flow Master Instructor team for a full 24 hours of live streamed virtual classes. Flow skills classes; interval workouts; mobility sessions; mixed modalities – we’ll have it all!
The event will be streamed live on Zoom, starting at 10am US Eastern Time on Saturday October 21 and ending at 10am US Eastern Time on Sunday, October 22. Worried that you might need a break but don’t want to miss anything? We’ve got you covered – we’ll post the zoom links for all the classes immediately following the event and you’ll have access to them all for a full year.
WHAT IS IT?
Flowists who have been with us for a while know that during the past 3 years we’ve run an online “Virtual Summit” where we offered 24 hours of lectures and follow-along flows. This year we are skipping the lectures, and doing just group classes. We’ll have one class starting every hour, covering a range of difficulty levels and formats. Join the ones that appeal to you, or sit back and watch when you want a break. Take notes on all the great ideas you learn for your own classes.
How is this different from Animal Flow On Demand? Each class will be led by a different Master Instructor, highlighting their own teaching and flow style. The live streaming format will allow you to engage with the instructor and fellow flowists during the class. Of course we’ll open the “Hang Out” room during some time periods so that we can chat, play games, and reconnect. There really is something special about flowing “live” with other people who love movement just as much as you do. It may be virtual, but you’ll be flowing in real time with your fellow flowists from around the world.
WHO’S TEACHING?
You’ll get to take part in classes led by almost every member of the AF Master Instructor Team. Mike Fitch will kick us off, and then each MI will take a turn leading a class. We’ll have the precise schedule and list of who is teaching which type of class as we get closer to the event.
ATTENDEE ELIGIBILITY
Who can attend? Anyone who has taken the Level 1 workshop or who currently subscribes to Animal Flow On Demand is welcome to attend. If you are an On Demand subscriber, you should have completed Flowcademy Series 1 at a minimum. While the classes will range in difficulty from beginner to advanced, you will need to have an introductory knowledge of Animal Flow, including the Level 1 movements, in order to get the most out of your participation.
